This is a page out of an imaginary manga following the life of System/360-kun (personification of the popular line of IBM mainframes) and his zany group of OS-tan coworkers (personifying the various operating systems that run on that aforementioned mainframe.)

Just FYI, GMOS (pronounced JEE-mose)-tan is the founder of the IBM mainframe family line and venerated as something of a god by the IBM-tans. Thus "GMOS!" would be something of a exclamation/blaspheme to IBM-tans.
