Capital III

Sitting on the edge of that pond-whose-name-I-can't-remember in front of the Capitol building. That little dark fleck on the left side, I believe, is some kid's sandal floating across the pond. (I saw him lose it and his dad come very close to jumping in to retrieve it...)
