Really though, this was the result of wanting to experiment with eyebleed-inducing coloring & contrast more than anything else, since my natural inclination is to err on the side of muted coloring. That, and experimenting with faux "water-brush" blending. (Might put together a "tutorial" on the process I use because I like how it turned out and I don't want to forget it.)
