Language-tans (Part 1)

Some things happened and I ended up making a few Programming Language-tans. Directly inspired by this posting [link], part of the credit/blame for these designs should go to ~Samantha-Wright, since she linked me to that page in the first place.

I don't have much to say about these gals yet, I was mostly messing around with physical designs and hadn't given much thought to personalities. C and FORTRAN-tan are both based on (though not quite copies of) existing C-tan and FORTRAN-tan designs. I've pretty much had an idea for BASIC-tan in my head for several years, I see her as being rather young and childish-acting, with a sort of non-threatening sweetness that makes her nigh-irresistible to beginner programmers. She's also exceptionally dumb.

PL/I-tan and LISP-tan are more-or-less based off these personifications [link] at this point, though future updates will probably be more distinctive. LISP-tan is pictured here with her younger sister Scheme... dancing across a dewy meadow at dawn, or whatever the hell it is that hippies do. (Or completely stoned and rambling through Boston Common, you decide.)
